Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a thoughtfully crafted set menu designed for sharing, indulgence, and seasonal pleasure. Begin with a choice of elegant entrées—from delicate market fish crudo with plum and nectarine, to rich duck liver parfait with apple and orange chutney, or vibrant vegetarian options showcasing burrata, courgette, and heirloom tomatoes. Enhance the table with warm rosemary focaccia or marinated citrus olives to share.
For mains, enjoy comforting yet refined dishes such as silky pappardelle with heirloom tomato and chilli butter, classic cacio e pepe with prosciutto, beautifully cooked market fish with herb crème fraîche, or heartier plates like seared lamb or chicken cotoletta. Shared sides of garlic and rosemary confit Agria potatoes and baby cos with parmesan Caesar dressing complete the experience.
Finish on a sweet note with a choice of romantic desserts, including tiramisu-inspired cake, vanilla panna cotta with strawberry and orange, or indulgent chocolate cremeux with whiskey crumb.
